This was the best eggplant parmigiana I’ve tasted since my Nona’s back in 1965. One of the major sins of eggplant parmigiana is using a breadcrumb coating. This eggplant did not have that and it was amazing. Without all the breading I could actually taste the eggplant. The sauce was also delicious and tasted as though it had been simmering all day. Something to note, this serving size would never feed 4 adults. My other half and I ate the whole pan with no problem.
Loved the Sunday Lasagna! I am reluctant to purchase Italian cuisine because it’s difficult to find one that isn’t too garlicky tasting and this was perfect! Heating instructions were spot on.
Invited a guest for dinner to try the Manicotti. After dInner I asked her to rate the meal on a scale of 1 to 10. 10 being the best......we both scored it a 9!!!! It was a great meal.
