Ive ordered a few times from here,the meals r great but this last order came four days from shipment date an the order was thawed out an leaked all over the box,no labels on the outside of the box,ups seamed to just be in no hurry to deliver,first email said a delivery date an then another email from ups said it was delayed to another date,san by that date an in this hot weather my order was warm an leaked all over.order was a mess

I have happily ordered from your website repeatedly. I love your products. I don't like eggplant, and so will avoid any "bulk" order that includes that, but that's a personal preference. Nothing personal against Mortadella at all!!
