Let me introduce the SUNDAY SAUCE LASAGNA. The good news is that you don't have to wait until Sunday to eat it anymore.
If you like homemade meatballs and Italian sausage, this is the lasagna for you.
Each one of our beautiful little meatballs are rolled by hand and cooked in our homemade tomato sauce with the sausages. We let it simmer and simmer and simmer some more.
Finally, when we think the meatballs and sausages have soaked up enough of that nice red Marinara sauce...in the lasagna they go!
It has layers of fresh pasta, hand rolled meatballs, slow simmered Italian sausage, homemade tomato sauce, ricotta, provolone, mozzarella, and Romano cheese.
It weighs 2 1/4 lbs. and feeds 2-4 people.
I always say it's plenty of food for 4 normal people.

It's all going to arrive at your house in a temperature-controlled, insulated box with ice packs.
While it's still in our kitchen, it's frozen to ensure freshness.
By the time you receive it, it may have started to thaw. Just place it in your freezer until you're ready to cook it!
