Q: When will my order arrive after I’ve placed it?

Update coming soon...

Q: Do I have to put the food in the freezer when it arrives?

If you ordered any of our perishable items, they will arrive in a temperature controlled box and should be refrigerator cold (below 40 degrees).

They will be partly frozen or cold to the touch.  At this point you can store them in the freezer for later use or place them in the refrigerator if you’ll be cooking them within the next 3 days.

If you ordered our shelf stable sauce, you can keep it in the cabinet as they do not need to be refrigerated or frozen.

Q: Do I have to be home when my box gets delivered?

No. Our carriers will normally leave on your doorstep or porch if nobody is home.  They should be taken inside and put in the freezer or refrigerator within 6 hours of being delivered.

Q: How the heck do you ship lasagna and meatballs?

It's all going to arrive at your house in a temperature controlled, insulated box with ice packs or dry ice.  When it leaves our kitchen, it's frozen to ensure freshness.  By the time you receive it, it may have started to thaw.  Just place it in your freezer until you're ready to cook it.

Q: Can I send your delicious food to someone as a gift?

Yes.  Definitely.  We love shipping gifts.

Give us their name and address and tell us what you want us to write on the card. When their gift arrives you’ll look like a superstar..

Q: Why would I want to buy frozen Italian food online?

Because our food is THE BEST! Don’t just take our word for it. That’s what people are saying! Our sauces, lasagna, eggplant and meatballs are all made to order from scratch
