We've been getting a lot of requests for this so here it is!
First we slice the eggplant nice and thin.
Then it gets dredged in seasoned flour and egg mixture.
Next, we fry it to a nice golden brown.
After that we start layering the fried eggplant with our homemade tomato sauce and the perfect combination of cheese.
This is great as a side dish or a meal on its own!
Each tray serves 4-6 people.

It's all going to arrive at your house in a temperature-controlled, insulated box with ice packs. While it's still in our kitchen, it's frozen to ensure freshness. By the time you receive it, it may have started to thaw. Just place it in your freezer until you're ready to cook it! Just follow the cooking instructions included!
