There was no cream in it...just ladyfingers and blueberry. The cream was missing and that is the best part. Very disappointing. I complained and all I received from customer service was pretty much sorry and we hope you continue to order from us. $35 wasted.

First we slice the eggplant nice and thin.
Then we fry to a nice golden brown and stuff it with ricotta, provolone, mortadella and pecorino Romano.
Now it gets baked in our beautiful homemade Marinara sauce.
This is great as an appetizer or a meal!
