Was just delish! We’ve had some of everything you have. The only problem is shipping, ups handling boxes so badly, last order the trays were all broken, had to remove and cook in a casserole dish.
We start with Italian pork sausages, cooked until tender. Then we saute sweet bell peppers and onions in olive oil, garlic, white wine and a light tomato sauce.
