Your dishes are delicious and very easy to prepare. I wish your packaging was in coolers with Ice packets. My box was partially torn but product was ok.I wanted to try your product but probably won’t order again due to high shipping fee.

By the time you receive it, it may have started to thaw. Just place it in your freezer until you're ready to cook it! Just follow the cooking instructions included!
