The sauce is very good and of course the perfect addition to their pasta dishes as I like a little more sauce with their delicious pasta. The only observation is these are large, frozen jars, each jar far more than enough for me to add extra sauce to a lasagna. So, don't know how long their sauce will keep and if you eat maybe two pasta dinners a month or even less then, what refrigerator "shelf life" is or can it be re-frozen once thawed, is helpful to know.
