Not as good as my mom’s , her layers were stuffed full, she used an extra deep enameled pan and had so much meat and ricotta people raved. Again the cost for the potion a little high for us, but quality is the best and better than a restaurant taste. I’d like to see a little more in between the layers though.
For my husband and I we determined the broccoli rabe is an acquired taste. The sausage was fantastic. No fault of you or your cooking, just not for us, and again very pricey for us.
This was awesome,but no way 4 servings, 1 manicotti a person,nope,not when they taste so good.
