Love these. Garlicky, plenty of cheese (but I always add more fresh mozzarella to most of my baked Italian dishes) and these are perfect for an amazing meatball sub. And a great side with Sunday pasta. I would recommend heating and serving as directed rather than simmering in the sauce though and serving on a separate plate. After simmering- thy fell apart a bit. However it turned into a near perfect bolognese sauce! So no complaints- definitely recommend as a standalone appetizer, meal, or an incredible meatball sub (extra mozz of course). Enjoy. Keith.
